Hi, I'm Mo! On a mission to elevate those around me an unlock resources to make goals accessible. I want to be one degree away from knowing someone or something that can help anyone. This mission has brought me through many contexts in life from hospitality, my MBA in marketing strategy & finance (or even my community development research before that), a huge volleyball community group, real estate agent helping first time buyers and investors, to leadership within real estate supporting other agents help more people for maximum impact. I helped 72 people my first year as a solo agent and hit my max capacity on what I could do without the right systems and support. Thankfully I joined Captivate and surrounded myself with the right people as we built the right platform to support a limitless book of business and database of people we can help in their real estate journey, for each agent. Since then, I hit 5x my business and stepped into coaching and operations. Think of me as that bridge where people and process merge! When you share your dreams, your goals, it's never an if, it's a how.
