Founded on a

Founded by Chicagoland native Dan Spitz, Captivate Real Estate Group was built on the belief that buying and selling real estate should be guided by exceptional service, innovative marketing, and trusted local expertise. Since opening its doors, our team has grown into one of Chicago's leading real estate groups, helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Together, we've facilitated more than a quarter billion dollars in real estate sales, delivering results through collaboration, market knowledge, and a client-first approach.

Since opening our first brick-and-mortar office in 2022, Captivate has doubled in size, bringing together a diverse team of experienced professionals who are passionate about serving the Chicagoland community. That growth led to the purchase of our new office in the heart of Lincoln Park, a space designed to foster collaboration, support our agents, and better serve our clients for years to come.
